Every plan — including Free — includes unlimited links, unlimited custom domains, unlimited team members, advanced analytics, QR codes, retargeting pixels, smart routing, and full API access. Plans only differ by monthly click volume.

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and your new tier takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. We prorate any differences on upgrade.

We'll email you at 80% and 90% usage. For paid plans with auto-upgrade enabled (default), we'll automatically move you to the next tier to keep your links running — you only pay the prorated difference. You can disable auto-upgrade in Settings. For free plans, links pause until the next month.

Auto-upgrade is enabled by default on paid plans. When you hit your click limit, we automatically bump you to the next tier so your links never go down. You only pay the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. You can disable this in Settings > Workspace.

Clicks reset to zero on your monthly billing anniversary — the same date you subscribed or last upgraded. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, clicks reset every 15th.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain your paid plan until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the Free plan.
