Common questions

Sign up for a free account, then click 'Create Link' from your dashboard. Paste your destination URL, optionally customize the alias, and click save. Your short link is ready to share.

Go to the Domains page in your dashboard, click 'Add Domain', and enter your domain. We'll provide a CNAME record to add to your DNS settings. Once the DNS propagates (usually a few minutes), click 'Verify' and you're ready to create branded links.

Navigate to the Team page in your dashboard, click 'Invite Member', and enter their email address. Choose their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer) and send the invitation. They'll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.

Yes. When creating a link, use the UTM builder fields to add source, medium, campaign, term, and content parameters. These are automatically tracked and visible in your UTM analytics dashboard.

Go to your Analytics dashboard, select your date range, and click the 'Export' button. You can download your data in CSV or JSON format.

Your links continue to work and redirect normally. However, analytics tracking may pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan.

Go to the Pixels page, click 'Add Pixel', select the platform (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, GTM, or Custom), and enter your pixel ID. Then attach the pixel to any link from the link editor.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.
